Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@almeriahomeplus.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will need to be sent to: Unit 1/17 Pamela Street, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

This 30-day policy covers change of mind and is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it does not limit them. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the 30-day period or whether you still have the original packaging. For a major failure you can choose a refund or a replacement.

Damaged items and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can assess it and make it right. We'll cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@almeriahomeplus.com.
